💥 A Future Classic: Reimagining the Enmore Hotel💥

Sometimes a project is not just about following a plan. It's about nailing the vibe. ✨

The Enmore Hotel was a case in point. A Newtown institution, the Enmore hadn't been refurbished in a very long while. They wanted to recreate the atmosphere of a specific photo of a 1980s pub on the Gold Coast; casual, laidback, socialising with your mates. 🍻

Older buildings come with their fair share of surprises. While we were removing the front section we realised that the floor was no longer fit for purpose. We had to remove the whole floor and rebuild it. 🛠️

We also had a much more pleasant surprise during the demo – a beautiful mosaic around the front door. We commissioned new tiles to recreate the mosaic for the refurb. 🎨

The end result? A modern classic. Hallmarks of a bar from yesteryear, with stylish bathrooms – and a very solid floor. 🙌
