ALGA International Women's Day Breakfast in Sydney

Last week, we got to cheer on our boss, Dominique Gill, at the Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) International Women's Day Breakfast in Sydney. On the panel, speaking about what it means to have 50% 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 across our company and the difference a 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 team actually makes.

Dom’s take: Change starts earlier than most people think. If we're still putting construction toys only in boys' hands, we've already decided who belongs where - and that decision starts with parents and teachers. NexGen exists to undo it.

Because building a more inclusive industry starts long before people enter the workforce. Exactly the kind of conversation a panel of women in leadership across industries should be having to kick off International Women’s Day. 💜
