From Construction Site to our Team Day venue - The Swing Factory, Terrey Hills β›³

There’s something deeply rewarding about hosting the annual team celebration in a space we built and are genuinely proud of! The warm welcome from our client, Rob Lloyd OAM, reminded us of the relationships that make our work so much more than just construction. 🀝

We had Emilie Waiss return to guide us through yoga and meditation. She’s basically our unofficial team-day mascot now - this year she even added singing (turns out Urban Core is not quite ready to form a choir, but hey… 𝐀π₯𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 π‹πžπšπ«π§π’π§π  πŸŽΆπŸ§˜β™€οΈ).

Then it was time to dive deeper into mental wellbeing with Cooper Chapman’s powerful workshop The Good Human Factory. Cooper was refreshingly real. Real stories, real struggles and real solutions - like dedicating just 1% of each day to build mental strength through simple practices like gratitude. π€π§ππ’πŸπ«πšπ π’π₯𝐞 at its finest.🧠πŸ’ͺ

Finally, we hit the driving range where we proved that while our collaboration is sharp, our golf swings… not so much. But in true 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩π₯𝐞 π‚πžπ§ππ«πžπ fashion, we cheered each other on anyway. When our team genuinely enjoys being around each other, it shows up in everything we do. The collaboration gets stronger, the problem-solving gets more creative, and honestly? Work becomes a whole lot more fun.

What are you grateful for? πŸ‘‡πŸ»
