Last week we hosted our first Trade Partner Event in Victoria! 🎉

We gambled on our rooftop with the Melbourne skyline as the backdrop and zero backup plan for the weather. And Melbourne delivered. ☀️

These events exist for a reason. Our mission to 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 only goes as far as the people we bring along with us, and that means trade partners who are genuinely invested in where the industry is heading.

We made it personal and we didn’t hold back. From brutal stats about productivity, mental wellbeing and diversity to what we’re doing at Urban Core to change it. Honest conversations happened face to face, over good food (enough to feed a small village) and with people who care.

We also had to bring the Who Wants to be a Millionaire (construction style) gameshow to Victoria. Site Manager John Popovski took on hosting duties and we may have found his true calling. 😂
