Southgate, we've done it! 🏙️

What started as a design and construct contract is now a fully delivered workplace fitout in the IBM Tower in Southbank - made possible alongside our partners IA and Inspo Consult Pty Ltd. We couldn't be more stoked with what the Melbourne team delivered here!

One level inside this 50-floor icon in the Southgate precinct. An end user tenancy fitout on an extremely tight program. Multiple meeting rooms, a breakout area, kitchen, lobby and open office space, all making every square metre count. (Yarra River views included. Not complaining).

We worked around noise restrictions, built a new common corridor to connect people through to the amenities, and kept things moving in a live building. All while staying 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐝 in how the space works and how we worked with everyone involved.
