We transformed 484 St Kilda Road across multiple levels involving a complete overhaul of the lobby and amenities, the demolition of existing structures and the installation of new fitouts including a speculative suite on Level 12. We focused on precision with the works on Level 7, implementing precise small-scale updates and improvements to existing features. Level 12 started with a cold shell demolition, clearing the way for the workspace to feature collaboration zones, smart workstations, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an adjacent breakout area. The comprehensive refurbishments aimed to modernise the spaces, enhancing functionality with elevated design standards.
