This project focuses on the transformation of Levels 13 and 12 to create modern, functional, and inviting spaces within the building. On Level 13, a complete overhaul of the lobby and amenities was undertaken, involving the demolition of existing structures and the installation of new fitouts to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Meanwhile, Level 12 underwent a full fitout of a 200 sqm spec suite office, featuring modern collaboration areas, workstations, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an adjacent breakout space designed for employee relaxation and informal meetings. Together, these upgrades aim to provide a versatile and high-quality environment that improves occupant experience and meets the demands of a contemporary workplace.
