For Urban Core, 223 Liverpool St was a major milestone project. A 10,000m2 make good and refurbishment to a six-level office and retail space, it needed a complete refurb across all office levels, amenities, a new lobby, retail tenancies including a café, end of trip facilities, façade and services upgrades. This project involved make good to all office levels and amenities across a six-level office building and mixed retail space.
