We are undertaking a remarkable transformation at Beattie Street, Balmain, evolving a heritage listed warehouse into five unique dual-level townhouses and one crowning penthouse. This intricate project represents a perfect blend of sustainable design, high-quality craftsmanship, and a deep respect for Balmain's historical charm. A key highlight of the project is the extraordinary feat of engineering, with the entire warehouse structure suspended 12 meters above ground. This complex operation involves expertly managing temporary support structures to stabilise the upper levels securely while extensive excavation, underpinning, and construction proceeds below.
