When our client asked us to help transform their ECT cabin crew training facility at Airport West, we knew we were part of something bigger than just another refurbishment. This wasn't about upgrading 1800m2 of training space, this was about dismantling the past to build the future. We demolished a real aircraft that had been used for traditional training to make way for cutting-edge VR training facilities. Given the centre’s layout of four buildings, three of which had to remain operational 24/7, the project involved complex logistics. The new training rooms, interview spaces, and enhanced workspaces we delivered aren't just functional; they're the foundation for how our client is embracing AI and virtual reality to revolutionise crew training.
