Urban Core has partnered with the DCJ since 2019, starting with an office refurbishment in Gosford. In 2022, we were engaged to deliver the Inner West Hub rollout, including: Ashfield: 1,900 sqm across two floors and Burwood: 850 sqm on one floor. Both projects were delivered under an Early Contractor Involvement model in collaboration with Gray Puksand, resulting in bespoke, high-end office fitouts. In 2024, we have been appointed on their Nowra office project.
