French Consulate, Sydney

We have a soft spot for France (iykyk)! The French Consulate had the entire 26th floor to themselves until Business France joined them. Our job? Make two prominent French organisations share one floor without it feeling like a compromise. We demolished and rebuilt internal walls to create a layout that worked for both. We installed new electrical and hydraulic services, relocated existing ones to suit the new setup, and upgraded security to match. Where walls came down, we replaced carpet so you couldn't tell anything had moved. We also modified existing joinery, shifted workstations, and added new ones where needed. This project required careful planning to minimise disruptions to a High Security Government Organisation while meeting the other organisation's needs.
