We love working for Tier 1s! John Holland needed us to transform an empty, cold shell into a sharp, contemporary speculative workspace that teams could move into immediately and use comfortably every day. We built new walls to carve out clear work zones, while keeping the existing ceiling and floor finishes in place (less waste, more value). Premium workstations were positioned to make the most of the space and help teams work comfortably. We also added new services to suit the updated layout, so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The space includes brand-new meeting rooms, with one featuring an operable wall to expand or divide as needed. The result is a polished, high-performing workplace that supports flexibility, comfort, and productivity.
