We relocated Lipman Burgon & Partners from their existing space, 4 Martin Place, to a new floor at 14 Martin Place - starting from cold shell and managing the full journey from ECI through to handover. The fitout includes sharp client-facing boardrooms and meeting rooms, open plan workstations, kitchen and breakout areas with the breakout area positioned to make the most of the panoramic Martin Place views. Within a heritage-listed building and an adjacent tenancy under construction simultaneously, sequencing and site management were just as important as the finishes.
