We were appointed to deliver an extensive refurbishment across three buildings for Loreto, navigating the complex challenge of operating within a live educational environment with students and staff present throughout the project - even during holidays. Managing access and segregation between trades and school activities was crucial to prevent disruptions. The site layout and access points were regularly adapted to align with the project’s staging, and comprehensive communication with key stakeholders helped manage expectations - embodying our Always Learning mindset as we refined our approach with each phase. To ensure seamless delivery and maintain our commitment to quality, a site foreman was always present to oversee trades and keep the project on schedule.
