Lylo Rooftop

Our first project with EVT ! In the heart of Fortitude Valley, we completely transformed the Lylo rooftop from an underutilised space into a dynamic social hub. We constructed a new rooftop bar, refurbished the amenities, and installed a retractable roof so the space works in sun, rain, and everything in between. The layout was reworked to enhance guest comfort and functionality, with clean finishes and a smooth indoor-outdoor flow. With skyline views on tap, the rooftop now delivers a standout setting for events, group get-togethers, and easy afternoons that roll into night. We loved working with the EVT team.
