Quincy Hotel Remedial Works

The Quincy Hotel project involved extensive mechanical pipework and passive fire-rated compliance across 30 active hotel levels. We focused on enhancing safety, functionality, and durability. The project introduced an innovative rooftop gantry-like structure that elevates the pipework, improving access for future servicing and extending the lifespan of the mechanical systems. The elevated configuration represents a significant improvement over the original plan of conventional floor-run installations, proving a more efficient and sustainable mechanical solution.
