The Randstad project required careful coordination as the client’s vision was to consolidate their existing three separate CBD premises into one collaborative hub across four levels. The objective was to bring all staff together in a single location to harness the advantages of collaboration and knowledge sharing that happens when great people work side by side. The delivery at 83 Clarence Street involved thoughtful partial refurbishments on Levels 7,8 and 10, with Level 9 requiring complete make-good and new fitout works. The project was executed in staged handovers - Levels 7 & 8 followed by Levels 9 & 10 - to accommodate staggered lease expiries across the client's existing locations while keeping their business running smoothly.
