SAS Trustee Corporation had been in their 83 Clarence St office for years. Following the sale, they moved from Level 16, landing on Level 21 and called us in to make it work. This is a 100-year-old financial institution managing $38 billion with 50 staff, they've got serious heritage and serious credibility. So, we built them a space that honours where they've come from. We created an “old school meets new school” environment featuring ten executive offices, two open work areas, eight quiet zones, kitchen, and amenities and premium meeting facilities including a 20-person boardroom. But the real magic? The details: smart material choices, tech that disappears into the background and light-filled welcoming elements. Private where it needs to be and open where it matters.
