Swing Factory, Terrey Hills

Urban Core and Swing Factory had already nailed it together in VIC. So, when it came time to build something bigger, they called us back in. This was a design and construct project. A venue like this has a lot of moving parts - front of house restaurant areas, dining facilities, bar, cool rooms, and a complete commercial kitchen. Every element had to work properly and not just look the part. Custom joinery on the bar and benches meant we could nail both at once. We completely stripped out and refitted the retail space and established a Pro Shop. We got smart about materials too. Instead of ripping out and replacing everything, we made choices on the ceiling and tiling that cut costs, cut waste, and ended up looking better than the standard approach. Vibrant, energetic, with real character.
