The Railway Hotel

The Railway Gosford Bar & Steakhouse, owned and operated by the John Singleton Group, was a “back to the drawing board” refurb and fit-out of a relatively new hospitality space, The Bon Pavilion, which had not met the group’s expectations. Scrapping a two-year-old fit-out in a five-year-old building was a technical challenge—it was a multi-trade effort with very low error tolerance—but the venues rebrand and repurposing also needed exceptional responses to client expectations and needs.
