The John Singleton Group handed us The Bon Pavillion - a two-year-old hospitality fitout that hadn't worked out. Their ask was to scrap it and start over. This was a technical challenge; it was a multi-trade effort with very low error tolerance. The venue's rebrand and repurposing had to deliver what the first fitout didn't. But the real challenge hit when the program changed mid-job. What started as a twelve-week fitout with one week of concreting became six weeks of concreting (five square meters turned into eighty) with the rest of the trades squeezed into half the original timeline. Through tight coordination and daily program tracking, we finished early and on budget. Planning beats panic. Who knew?
